| As part of the design build process an owner has the option of having our staff complete a 3D computer generated model of their project. By completing this model all major components can be drawn using 3D design software, then loaded into software that allows for collision checking. By completing this model we can dramatically reduce conflicts before the beginning of the construction phase of the project. Many owners may opt to utilize what is know as BIM (Building Information Modeling) which takes the 3D modeling process to an expanded level.
